Dr. Shasank Sekhar Swain from Dr. Sanjeeb Kumar Sahoo’s laboratory received the prestigious ‘Odisha Young Scientist Award-2020 (Life Science), for his innovative scientific research on ‘hybrid drug development strategy’, by the Odisha Bigyan Academy, Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of Odisha. He received this award from Shri Ashok Chandra Panda, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister, and Smt. Chithra Arumugam, Principal Secretary, Science and Technology, Govt. of Odisha, on July 14, 2023, at Jaydev Bhawan, Bhubaneswar.
