He received this award from Shri Ashok Chandra Panda, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister, and Smt. Chithra Arumugam, Principal Secretary, Science and Technology, Govt. of Odisha, on July 14, 2023, at Jaydev Bhawan, Bhubaneswar.
