Today, Dr. Dayanidhi Pradhan superannuates from his Administrative Officer position, closing a 17-year chapter of dedicated service at BRIC–Institute of Life Sciences, Bhubaneswar (08.05.2009 – 31.08.2026).
Behind the scenes, Dr. Pradhan steered administration with precision, integrity, and quiet excellence — leading not through authority, but through service, patience, and a culture of trust that will outlast his tenure. A true leader is measured by the lives they touch, and by that measure, he stands tall.
