Being a developing nation like India,the economy still mostly depends on agriculture which is approximately 60% of the total population and 18% – 20% of the total GDP according to sources, which portrays it’s decreasing contribution in the GDP for past few decades.
Bharat has been a home to ancient civilization has a diverse in geography thus providing the world with best agricultural resources .Although this nation always has a suitable weather conditions for staple crops along with species but the condition has degraded over the years because of the global warming and Green House effect leading to change in climate.
The way of farming resulting some transformation in the process of cultivation that can adapt and help farmers to handle and recover from many challenges caused by natural calamities is termed as Climate Resilient agriculture. This process encourages mixed farming, agroforestry and so on which can help farmers recover from short term and long term shocks for their loses henceforth enlightening their livelihoods and production for the upcoming season. Besides the financial aspects it also benefits in case of reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, soil health, conservation of soil and water. Here we can witness the significances of live stocks management practices such as stall-feeding and mixed cropping can improve the productivity and resilience of livestock systems. 
Agronomists promote the key factors such as water management for timely irrigation and protection from pests thus reducing the use of pesticides as poor watering are more prone to pest.
The assistance of local governments for providing various existing schemes like “Rainfed Area Development (RAD)”, “On Farm Water Management and Soil Health Management (SHM)”. 
Subsequently, four new programmes were introduced namely “Soil Health Card (SHC)”, “Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana”, and “Per Drop More Crop,organizing” awareness programs ,encouraging to plough using organic fertilizer and pesticides along with developed technologies which will increase the yield and reduces post harvest losses by providing them a market suitable for their needs. This also includes proper bagging, transportation and storage before they reach market .
India,the country with highest population density has relatively low productivity compared to other major producer which is alarming the severe need for transformation in terms of agriculture. This also includes development of Indian Council of Agricultural Research to in terms of facilities for better work environment ,following weather telecast etc. The geographical condition of India supports fishing, apiculture, floriculture and more thus proper use of climate resilient agriculture help us to reach a great level proving the definition Resilient agriculture is the robust and adaptable to accumulating environmental, economic,social and institutional challenges of today’s world to reality.
