About This Event
On January 22, 2025, a state-of-the-art Marine Biotechnology Laboratory sponsored by the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) Deep Ocean Mission (DOM) was officially inaugurated at the BRIC-Institute of Life Sciences (ILS) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The facility was inaugurated by Prof. Rajesh Gokhale, Secretary of the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), alongside Dr. Debasis Dash (Director of BRIC-ILS) and a senior delegation from the National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT).
