Personal profile
Born in Sambalpur district of Orissa (INDIA) on April 10th,
1952. Obtained diploma in Bachelor of Science from Sambalpur
University (Orissa) in 1972, and Masters in Plant Sciences
(Botany) from Berhampur University (Orissa) in 1975.
Graduated
(Ph.D.) from Department of Botany, Kalyani University, West
Bengal in 1984. The Post Doctoral training was mate in the
School of Life Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi
till the fall of 1990.
