Post Graduate guidance/teaching:

1. Recognized guide of the Utkal University, Bhubaneswar for Ph.D guidance during the last 15 years - so far 10 students have received their Ph.D under direct guidance. Co-guide for three Ph.D and 8 M.D. students. Currently 5 Ph.D students are working in the lab.
2. Teaching faculty for 9 years for the various courses conducted at the National Institute of Communicable diseases and was in the teaching faculty for W.H.O. sponsored laboratory workshop on Immunological techniques for parasitic diseases in 1978,79 and 80 at the Biochemistry division of NICD, Delhi.
3. A visiting faculty in the Dept. of Biotechnology, at Utkal University Bhubaneswar for M.Sc. (Zoology, Microbiology and Biotechnology) students teaching

1. Co-director of a DBT sponsored laboratory-training program for three weeks in Nov. 1992 on "Immunological concept in tropical parasitic diseases" conducted in my laboratory at RMRC, Bhubaneswar.
2. Organising Secretary of Molecular Immunology Forum meeting in December, 1994 at RMRC, Bhubaneswar.
3. Organising Secretary of an Indo-US training workshop "ICMR - Ellison Medical Foundation sponsored workshop on Immunoparasitology" at Bhubaneswar for 5 days from 11th to 15th Feb 2002.
4. Organising Secretary of the 29th Annual meeting of the Indian Immunology Society meeting and symposium on Immunoparasitology in November 2002 at Bhubaneswar.
5. Organising Secretary of an Indo-US training workshop "ICMR - Ellison Medical Foundation sponsored workshop on "Methodologies in Medical Research" at Bhubaneswar for 5 days 12 to 17th Aug 2004.
6. Consultant to Ministry of Science and Technology and Innovation, Government of Malaysia to conduct a workshop on "Laboratory Techniques in Immunomodulation" at Institute of Medical Research, Kuala Lumpur, July 2005.
